Northwest Demolition was retained by Hunt Companies to continue its efforts in the Hawaii Regional Housing Privatization effort being undertaken by Ohana Miliary Communities on Oahu, HI.  Scope included the demolition of 40 housing units, totaling over 84,000sf of floor plan.  Due to the aggressive project schedule, limited space, and singular access point, subcontractor coordination was essential to project success.  All asphalt streets, concrete building slabs, driveways, sidewalks, and curbing were removed and hauled to an off-site recycler.  Northwest Demolition completed the project in just over 3 weeks, with no first aid or safety incidents.
