In over 65 years of operation, Northwest Demolition has been completing complex projects under challenging conditions with zero fatalities or serious injuries.

RICHARD WAYPER

President

Mr. Wayper has over 30 years of experience working in the environmental remediation and demolition fields. In addition to overseeing all aspects of company business, he focuses on Business Development and the acquisition of opportunities that suit Northwest’s diverse capabilities. Mr. Wayper’s experience in the international mining industry has been crucial for the geographic range development of the company. He has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Geology and is a Registered Professional Geologist.

DAVID WILLIAMS

Vice President – Operations

Mr. Williams has over 20 years of experience working with Northwest Demolition. He is responsible for procurement, strategic planning, and resource allocation, providing critical oversight to the range of company operations. His progressive experience from laborer to superintendent to senior management, gives him a unique ability to effectively manage the company’s field resources. He has a degree in Public Administration and Business Management.

CHAD HOFFART

Vice President – Administration

Mr. Hoffart has some 20 years of experience in the construction and demolition industries. He has fulfilled various roles within the organization, including administration, estimating, and project management. He currently manages all administrative functions within the business, ranging from contracts, to project controls, and accounting. He has a degree in Business Management and Economics.

DARIN LEIBELT

Senior Program Manager / National Business Development Manager

With a consulting background, Mr. Leibelt has nearly 20 years of experience in the environmental remediation and demolition industries. He joined the Northwest Demolition team in 2005 to oversee the Hawaii-Pacific division and currently provides leadership in a range of senior project management, safety, and estimating functions.  As National Business Development Manager, he organizes NWDD’s corporate business development efforts and takes a lead role in estimating federal opportunities.  He has a degree in Environmental Science and is a Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST).

Lucas Peel

Hawaii Regional Manager

Mr. Peel has been with Northwest Demolition since 2017, serving in a variety of roles from laborer to field technician to project coordination.  He is currently responsible for project estimation, strategic planning, and operational management for the Hawaii-Pacific Division.  In addition, he also oversees NWDD’s corporate marketing, design, and copywriting efforts.  Mr. Peel leverages his past experience managing complex projects on Hawai’i Island, Maui, Oahu, and Kwajalein Atoll, RMI.  He has a degree in Environmental Science and Social Entrepreneurship Studies.

Andy Vogt

Corporate Safety Manager

As Northwest Demolition’s chief safety officer, Mr. Vogt is responsible for directing and implementing all aspects of the Corporate Safety program, including operational planning, oversight, compliance and risk management strategies. He has 13 years of experience working in the construction and demolition industries and has also served project management and administrative functions within the firm. He has degree in Dietetics and is a certified Safety Trained Supervisor (STS).

Ben Wright

Operations Manager

Mr. Wright has 13 years of experience in the demolition and civil construction industries. Leveraging his extensive field experience as both a superintendent and Project Manager, Mr. Wright currently serves in an operational management capacity. He is responsible for logistics, equipment and parts management, and field operations. He has a degree in Business Management.

Patty Radcliff

Office Manager

Mrs. Radcliff has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including over 10 with Northwest Demolition. She is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, accounts payable, and a myriad of other administrative duties.

Dave McClure

Controller

Mr. McClure has over 30 years working in accounting and management in the construction and engineering industry. Since beginning his career at a major public accounting firm, he has worked for both large international construction companies and small private contractors, as well as serving as a consultant and product manager for a construction accounting software developer. Mr. McClure currently oversees all accounting and finance functions for Northwest Demolition. He has a degree in Business and Accounting.
