Northwest Demolition was contracted for the demolition of a 25,000 square foot shopping plaza in the heart of Waikiki. This required comprehensive traffic control management and heavy coordination with subcontractors to minimize risks to public health and operations.  Northwest Demolition was retained to perform miscellaneous site-preparation duties, such as material excavation, removal of subgrade structures, trenching, loadout, backfill, and grading.  The project was completed ahead of schedule and without a safety incident.
